I was in Phase 2 J'ouvert morning 1995. Thoroughly enjoyed this tune.

The Tuner was Bertrand (Birch) Kelman from Pointe a Pierre, one of T n T's most prolific Pan Tuners.

When panorama comes around, Trinidad becomes divided with the Southern region and Tobago becoming foreigners. This tune plus Pan in A minor by Renegades are the two biggest robberies in Panorama history. Sad, but that's how we do ourselves.
